Members Needed for Judicial Evaluation Committee

The CBA’s Judicial Evaluation Committee serves the legal profession and the public by investigating and providing substantive recommendations regarding judicial candidates and sitting judges seeking retention. It is among the most valuable and essential work performed by the CBA.

The CBA Judicial Evaluation Committee is looking for members to serve in its Investigation Division. CBA members with a few years of practice experience are encouraged to apply.

If you are a current JEC member there is no need to reapply.

Applications are available for download online. Save the document to your personal computer, fill out the necessary fields, print and sign. Applications should be returned to Therese Kurth via fax 312-554-2054 or email to tkurth@chicagobar.org.  Please submit your application on or before October 11, 2019.
