Environmental law is in a constant state of change. Complex regulatory schemes are subject to the changing enforcement priorities and regulatory goals of changing administrations on the state and federal levels. At the same time, environmental laws and regulations are routinely challenged in court and frequently are the subject of U.S. Supreme Court review. Add to the mix ever-advancing technology and evolving political climates and you have the uncertain future of environmental law.

The speakers will address substantive changes on the horizon and how they will impact the future of environmental law.
