Death and Inheritance in an International Community
Chicago continues to attract immigrants, some of whom leave families and assets behind. Investments can be outbound as well. What does a probate attorney do when a person dies in one country with assets in many? This panel discussion will focus on the issues and suggested solutions in a snowflake inheritance world with some country specific discussion and some more general.
