Lisa Dunsky has extensive experience in commodities law and advises a wide range of clients on regulatory and enforcement matters relating to cleared derivatives, including traditional exchange-traded products and swaps.
Well-known and highly regarded in the futures industry, Ms. Dunsky previously was executive director and associate general counsel for CME Group Inc., where she served as the lead attorney for CME's clearinghouse. In this role, she provided counsel regarding the Dodd-Frank Act and other regulatory developments affecting the clearinghouse and clearing members, advised on legal issues relating to clearing and risk management, was counsel to various disciplinary committees and appeals panels, and had primary responsibility for bankruptcies and receiverships involving the clearinghouse.
