Jacob Huebert was lead counsel in Crowe v. City of Bloomington representing Julie Crowe, a prospective entrepreneur who faced these very challenges and was denied her right to start a lawful business. Mr. Huebert will explain Ms. Crowe's story, how he brought suit against the City and won.
