Adobe Acrobat has robust built in document review features through the "Shared Review" features. PDF review limits the exposure of the original word processing document, makes it easy for anyone with the free Reader to annotate and suggest changes. Learn work flows that will take you through sharing a PDF with multiple reviewers, tracking reviewers and assembling changes into the original document. Review can be done via email, online in real time, or via a firm network.

In this session we will cover:
  • Shared Review
  • Exporting PDF to Word and Excel
  • EchoSign for electronic signatures
  • Creating simple fillable forms from existing documents

Adobe Acrobat XI Pro will be used in the training, though much of the functionality is available in previous versions. This will be a hands' on session. Attendees are encouraged to bring their laptop as sample files will be available to follow along with the instructor.
